RISE Adds $671 Million in Development and Acquisition Value in 2016

Valdosta, GA, November 16, 2016 – As we approach the conclusion of 2016, RISE reflects on a year of strategic growth in both on and off campus housing totaling $671 million in development and acquisition value within 2016. RISE President, Greg Blais, discusses this year’s growth and project selection. “2016 has been a year of strong growth for RISE marked by several large on and off campus developments as well as the launching of our acquisition and renovation platform.” He notes, “We adhered to our business plan which resulted in growth across our development and management divisions.”

  • Western Carolina University – Cullowhee, NC (Completed)
    421-bed, on-campus student living community
  • SkyVue Apartments – Pittsburgh, PA (Completed)
    389-unit mixed-use facility
  • Louisiana State University – Baton Rouge, LA (Construction In Progress)
    1,953-bed, on-campus mixed-use facility
  • Oakbrook Apartments – Baton Rouge, LA (Renovation In Progress)
