Lillington, NC Student Property Takes on New Brand Identity

Valdosta, Ga. – April 12, 2017 – Campbell Creek Apartments of Lillington, North Carolina, formerly known as Campus Habitat Lillington, recently rolled out a full rebrand under the direction of RISE: A Real Estate Company. The 224-bed community, serving Campbell University, now carries a name and look that more accurately reflects the heart of the location and speaks to the resident profile.

With the goal to elevate the community’s image, the RISE marketing group worked closely with the onsite team to develop an aesthetic representative of their residents. “During initial design meetings, we were focused on all the new features and upgrades offered at Campbell Creek Apartments,” said Fania Braaf, RISE Brand Manager. “But the more we delved into the makeup of the students who lived there and into Buies Creek, we found that there was a more meaningful story to tell that was rich in history and full of southern charm.” The pairing of modern design elements and historical nods was intentionally made to represent a brand that is both premium and welcoming.

RISE Senior Vice President, Courtney Gordon, adds, “The Lillington area is a niche market, which offers an opportunity for our superior marketing team to flex their creative talents. In studying the market and the property’s position within it, the team felt the time was right to rejuvenate the identity of Campbell Creek with a unique approach highlighting the benefits of living at this community. It is a fantastic project with an excellent marketing plan that we’re excited to execute on moving forward.”

Campbell Creek Apartments continues to deliver the same exceptional customer service they are known for in the market, and the team is excited to thrill residents with a new community experience going into the 2017/18 school year, providing the best in connectivity, comfort and style.
