RISE Celebrates Maintenance Team

Ted Marcotte was recognized as Service Manager of the Year.

In March, RISE held a Maintenance Summit for our Service Managers. Over the two-day summit our team enjoyed well-deserved recognition, connection, and learning opportunities. From workflow management to reporting, the team collaborated with RISE leadership and vendor partners to find more opportunities to pursue our mission and elevate the standard.

Shout out to our Service Manager of the Year, Ted Marcotte, and to those receiving the Customer Service Excellence award: Oliver Gill, Eric Lee, and Chris Jackson.

The RISE mission is to improve lives and impact people positively – one person at a time. And as the heart and soul of our communities, our maintenance team members deserve recognition for being on the forefront of the resident experience and for living out this mission.
