RISE delivered over 2,300 beds to the Appalachian State campus across a multiphase, P3 development that transformed the campus and includes Raven Rocks Hall, Thunder Hill Hall, Laurel Creek Hall, New River Hall, and 477-space parking deck all delivered on-time and on-budget.

University of Georgia
RISE delivered the 1,220-bed, four-building community known as East Campus Village to the University of Georgia and was the University's first public private venture. The project site was developed on a large commuter parking lot and required the inclusion of an adjacent 850-space parking deck.
This 1,909-bed, P3 development began in May 2013 and the final phase was delivered on-time and on-budget in Aug 2016. The three-phase replacement of all 2,200 beds on-campus allowed for housing capacity to be maintained while demolition and construction occurred.
University of Louisiana Lafayette
Multi-phase on-campus student housing at the University of Louisiana Lafayette including parking and mixed use facilities. This public private partnership (P3) delivered 2,523 student beds to campus on-time and on-budget.
University of North Georgia
The RISE Team selected by the University of North Georgia for a multi-phased project that included on-campus housing, dining, parking, and retail. Phased deliveries occurred in August 2010, August 2011, December 2011 and August 2012; each on-time and on-budget.
University of South Dakota
Coyote Village is a LEED Gold Certified, 195,000 SF single building community designed and programmed to retain upperclassmen students on campus. Delivered on-time and on-budget for the 2010 Fall semester.
Western Carolina University
Noble Hall is a 421-bed on-campus development that includes 12,000 SF of dining and retail space on the ground floor. It was delivered to Western Carolina University on-budget and on-time for the Fall 2016 semester.
