A sampling of services provided during this stage include selection of Architect, Contractor and Engineer partners, programmatic design concepts, site analysis, building systems and materials review, pedestrian and vehicular circulation analysis, real-time pricing, financing options, permitting and entitlement, interior design, LEED and sustainability review, environmental and geotechnical analysis and guaranteed maximum price and guaranteed delivery schedule for entire project.
Once construction commences, it takes a strong leader to manage all aspects of this multifaceted process. With numerous subcontractors, disciplines and team members, the operation can seem daunting. RISE seasoned personnel possess extensive construction experience as well as detailed and proven quality management procedures for every component of construction. Highlights of RISE project management services during the construction phase include comprehensive project oversight, ongoing budget and schedule monitoring, monthly OAC meetings, building commissioning, ongoing progress reports, mock up unit for client review and FF&E coordination and installation.
Following construction completion and building occupancy, RISE involvement remains strong to make certain that each partner maintains the highest level of satisfaction with the new facilities. Best management practices have been established to confirm that every component of the project operates and performs as guaranteed. Highlights include systems training, post-occupancy facility review, one-year warranty walk and detailed review, student move-in assistance and ongoing warranty administration.
