J Turner Research has released the 2025 TALi Awards rankings, naming RISE: A Real Estate Company the #1 Student Company in its annual recognition of resident loyalty performance in student housing.
The newly published rankings also place four RISE-managed properties among the Top 50 Individual Student Properties. Three of the four are RISE-owned, while Maple Hall at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) is part of an ongoing Public-Private Partnership (P3) with NJIT:
“We’re incredibly proud of this recognition from J Turner Research—being named the #1 Student Company and having four RISE-managed communities ranked among the Top 50 is an honor,” said Greg Blais, President at RISE. “This achievement is a direct reflection of the hard work, care, and consistency our teams bring every day as they serve our residents. It also reinforces what we strive for across the organization: delivering excellence in the residential experience and staying true to our mission of improving lives by raising the standard for our communities and the people who call them home.”
The TALi Awards recognize companies and communities earning top resident loyalty scores based on resident feedback. J Turner Research notes that 2025 TALi Scores reflect the full year’s survey responses and that properties must meet participation and eligibility requirements to qualify for recognition.
