The National Apartment Association (NAA) has announced Anthem House as a 2023 NAA Excellence Awards winner. Anthem House won the Student Community of the Year. NAA’s annual Excellence Awards program recognizes outstanding performance and leadership across the rental housing industry – celebrating apartment communities, industry professionals and affiliated apartment associations that make unique contributions to the industry.

This follows from the December 2022 announcement by the North Central Florida Apartment Association (NCFAA) which awarded Anthem House the Student Community of the Year for North Central Florida. This recent NAA award is a national recognition.

Anthem House was developed by RISE and delivered in 2021 in time for the fall semester lease-up. It is a 185 bed, boutique off-campus student apartment community featuring a mix of one- and two-bedroom units in Gainesville, FL serving students attending the University of Florida.
