Matt Marshall, RISE Senior Vice President of Development, once again did an admirable job representing RISE as a panelist at the BISNOW Jacksonville State of The Market event on March 6. Matt, alongside fellow industry experts, discussed growth, development, and talent retention in an expanding market.

Matt put a spotlight on key development projects in the city, including several RISE communities either currently under construction or operating. RISE’s commitment to Jacksonville has expanded our construction, development, and management footprint to include 1,621 new units across the city.
