Earlier this month, Multifamily Executive Magazine unveiled the “Top 10 Student Housing Management Companies” by Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) for 2021. Simultaneously, the publication also listed the “Top 100 Off-Campus Student Housing Properties.” RISE ranked #3 in the nation. One of RISE’s communities, Eagle Landing Apartments, secured a spot in the top 100 off-campus properties.
J Turner Research is an online reputation management firm that partners with Multifamily Executive to publish ORA Power Rankings which ranks top properties and management companies in the nation based on their ORA scores. The ORA statistical model aggregates and analyzes online ratings and reviews of over 122,000 properties across multiple review sites and ILSs to generate a single score on a 0-100 scale, that is easy to monitor, rank, and improve. This score serves as a benchmark to compare and contrast a company’s individual properties and portfolios nationally, regionally, and against the competition.
