Description:

The North Village P3 at Jax State will be the first new housing added to the rapidly growing campus since 2010 and will add 515 suite-style beds to the university’s housing offering. The centralized front entry of the community will serve as the resident hub of activity, featuring a grand lobby with reception desk, staff offices, and a security office. Residents will also enjoy a game room, TV zone, conference room, first-floor laundry center, automated C-store, storm shelter, and an active courtyard with expansive seating and green areas. North Village will open in August 2024, which will complete a highly collaborative, fast-track P3 process between Jax State and RISE that totaled just 24 months from the August 2022 design commencement to the finished project delivery.
