Description
Azalea and Camellia Halls are two residence halls totaling 881 new student beds located on the previous site of LSU AgCenter’s greenhouse facilities. These two residence halls were delivered as part of the third phase of a multi-phase, public private partnership (P3)student housing development with Louisiana State University.
The halls are closely programmed and designed to enhance engagement and interaction of the freshmen residents. Semi-suite style units with private baths are arranged in pods with centralized gathering space for each pod. Includes a bridge connecting community to the LSU Rec Center.
RISE provides facility and asset management for the partnership while LSU Housing & Residence Life provides all res life programming, room assignments and rent collection.
