Description

The Main on University is the student housing component, developed by RISE, for the One University site in Fairfax, VA. One University is the redevelopment a 10.8-acre property adjacent to George Mason University’s campus which will include student housing, affordable multifamily housing, and affordable senior living. The Main on University is scheduled to be delivered for Fall 2024.

When delivered in 2024, The Main on University will provide 793 student beds. The 317 units will offer a mix of one-, two-, and four-bedroom floor plans. The seven-story building is comprised of 331,000+ residential SF and sits on a 580-space parking garage. Amenities will include study rooms, a putting green, lounges, and more unique features designed for both academic and overall mental success.
