The single-building, multi-use apartment community is located adjacent to the campus of the University of Maryland–Baltimore offering residents unparalleled convenience. The project site is co-developed with partners, Peachtree Hotel Group and Focus Development, who are building a hotel that will share the parking garage.
Prosper on Fayette serves graduate students at UMB, offering residents upscale amenities and modern, furnished accommodations in an urban setting. 10,320 SF of amenity spaces including: fitness center, productivity hub, outdoor courtyard, and rooftop lounge.
