Description
RISE developed this LEED Platinum certified apartment community in Washington D.C. and delivered in Fall 2018. A brief walk to Howard University, Trellis House is centrally located at the intersection of Barry Place and Sherman Ave in D.C.’s North Shaw neighborhood. This mixed-use and multi-family housing development features environment-oriented amenities, including a robust communal space with a 360 degree view of the city andsurrounding community.
Trellis House D.C. won the National Association of Home Builders’ 2019 Best in American Living Silver Award. The multifamily development “embrace[d] the history and context of the neighborhood while delivering the first multifamily midrise LEED Platinum-certified project in the Washington D.C. market.”
