Description:

Coyote Village at the University of South Dakota is a LEED Gold Certified, 195,000 SF single building community designed and programmed to retain upperclassmen students on campus. Community amenities include a two-story lodge lounge with fireplace, on-line gaming center, Aramark convenience store, central laundry, mail center, SMART classroom, business center, on site management and resident staff, interior and exterior security cameras, electronic access to all doors, hard wired and wireless internet throughout. The building’s footprint forms two large exterior courtyard / green spaces for resident recreation and the layout allows for separate floors and wings to be programmed and secured independently.

The unit mix is comprised of four-bed and two-bed apartments and super suites which have a mix of full kitchens and kitchenettes. The building is four stories, wood-frame with pitched roof, and stone & stucco exterior. Coyote Village was delivered on-time and on-budget for Fall 2010.
