Noble Hall is a five-story, 421-bed on-campus development that includes 12,000 SF of dining and retail space on the ground floor. The project scope included the demolition of an older retail plaza and involved extensive environmental remediation. 248 suite and semi-suite style units are designed and furnished to appeal to the upperclassmen student population. Common areas include a 24-hour service/security desk, multiple resident lounges, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, SMART classrooms, as well as staff and security offices. It was delivered on-budget and on-time for the Fall 2016 semester.
