RISE Thirty Fourth in Gainesville, FL has been selected as the New Community of the Year by the North Central Florida Apartment Association (NCFAA) during their Apartment Community Excellence (ACE) Awards held on Dec 14, 2023. This marks the second RISE community in Gainesville to win an ACE award following Anthem House’s selection as the Student Community of the Year for 2023. RISE Thirty Fourth is a 369-bed off-campus community serving young professionals and students attending the University of Florida. It was developed, built, and currently managed by RISE.

Some of the RISE Thirty Fourth team were present at the NCFAA ACE event when the winners were announced. Didier Louis (General Manager), Theodore Marcotte (Maintenance Supervisor), Kerigan Johnson (Leasing Manager),and leasing professionals Aquira Johnson and Julius Sanford represented RISE well and were thrilled to accept the award. RISE Thirty Fourth delivered its first phase in Fall 2023 with the next phase scheduled for early 2024.

Didier, Theodore, Kerigan, and Julius were also nominated for individual awards in their respective roles.

The NCFAA represents the multi-family industry throughout North Central Florida in the following counties: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Lafayette, Levy, Marion, Suwannee and Union counties. It is an affiliate of the Florida Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. The NCFAA Annual Holiday Party and A.C.E Awards celebrates excellence in the multi-family industry and recognizes communities and individuals which represent the best in the industry.
