RISE: A Real Estate Company proudly announces the expansion of its team with Jac Heflin as Vice President of Property Management. With over two decades of leadership experience in residential property management and operations, Heflin brings a proven record of driving performance, resident satisfaction, and organizational excellence to RISE’s growing national portfolio.

Heflin joins RISE from American Homes 4 Rent, where she most recently served as District Manager, overseeing a portfolio of more than 3,700 single-family rental homes across the Jacksonville market. Her leadership has consistently focused on improving occupancy and retention, developing high-performing teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance NOI and operational efficiency.

As Vice President of Property Management at RISE, Heflin will lead efforts to optimize portfolio performance, elevate resident experience, and support the company’s continued growth and innovation strategy across multiple regions and asset types.

A proud Floridian, Heflin earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies from American Military University. She is a soccer enthusiast who loves cheering for Inter Miami and the Miami Dolphins, spending time horseback riding, and curating timeless home design projects. She’s a devoted mom to her 13-year-old daughter, Alexia, and her Doberman, Red.
