The construction team at our Gainesville, FL development, RISE Thirty Fourth, organized a topping out party to celebrate the roof completion of Phase I. The team took this opportunity to recognize and celebrate the subcontractors for all their hard work.

Local catering company, Hills BBQ, was on-site to serve the roughly 120 subcontractors and team members in attendance. Gifts were also raffled as a show of appreciation with about 20 prizes given out including cordless drills, rice cookers, and two 58” flat screen televisions. The items were donated by RISE, Nexus Contractors (framing), and Wright Brothers (electricians).

RISE Thirty Fourth is currently preleasing. This four-story, garden style apartment development offers 223 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units catering to grad students and young professionals.
