Description:

Delivered in 2007, the P3 on-campus development included four buildings encompassing 194,008 SF. The four, four-story interior corridor buildings featured 524 student beds arranged in 2-bed/2-bath and 4-bed/2-bath super-suites.

Amenities included centralized, swipe-card entry points, computer room, fitness center, game room, private study areas, laundry rooms, central kitchen, and music rooms. A convenience store situated on-site served all of campus.

RISE partnered with architects Niles Bolton Associates and general contractor Whaley Construction Company.

North Village Residence Hall will be the first new residence hall built on campus since 2010 and brings 515 much-needed beds to the growing student population. The P3 development is scheduled for a Fall 2024 delivery.

2,000-bed campus P3 development at GSU located on a 4.2-acre site which required extensive brownfield remediation. Consists of four 8- to 15-story residence halls with an integrated 786-space parking deck.

Multi-phase on-campus student housing at the University of Louisiana Lafayette including parking and mixed use facilities. This public private partnership (P3) delivered 2,523 student beds to campus on-time and on-budget.
