Description:

Following a nationally competitive procurement process, RISE was selected alongside partners Niles Bolton Associates and Juneau Construction Company to deliver 833 beds to the University of Tampa campus ahead of the Fall 2028 semester as part of a Public-Private Partnership (P3).

The 210K SF residence hall will feature 2,300 SF of dining facilities and is programmed to support first- and second-year students attending the University of Tampa.

The building includes suite-style units with shared living space, study lounges, two common rooms, dining facilities, bicycle storage and surface parking. It is designed to complement the existing UTampa campus aesthetic while respecting the surrounding neighborhood’s character with an exterior featuring red brick, stucco, and glass. An adjacent park and courtyard will provide additional green space.

Consistent with the University’s commitment to a responsible and sustainable campus, this residence hall is designed to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards through the U.S. Green Building Council.
