Description

LSU Phase IV, known as the “South Quad Project,” will add 1,266 on-campus beds dedicated to first-year students. Double-occupancy rooms will be arranged in a pod-style layout, featuring shared lounges and study spaces, to create a more social environment that encourages students to meet, form connections, and build a sense of community.

The project will house the Engineering and Business Residential Colleges and will include classroom space, fitness amenities, food lockers, and new mobile dining options.

RISE provides facility and asset management for the partnership while LSU Housing & Residence Life provides all res life programming, room assignments and rent collection.
