Ambling University Development Group is now

This name change more closely reflects our culture as a company because it conveys a sense of movement, of reaching upward.

Most of all, RISE signifies a reaffirmation of purpose: to positively impact others. It’s a renewal of spirit, and of our commitment to partners and residents alike to hold ourselves to a higher standard.

What hasn’t changed is who we are, the way we do business, and who we do business with. We remain the same company we’ve always been, staffed by the same people the industry knows and respects. We remain steadfast and sincere in our dedication to the values that guided us to where we are today.

For us, it has always been about relationships, which inspires us to reach for bold, new heights in multi-family development. We believe our greatest achievements, for our clients and our communities, lie before us.

As RISE, our commitment and responsibility to our residents and partners remains the same – to provide the highest quality financing, development, and management services in the industry.

More about
our approach

“What we have here is a magnificent structure that was built in about 11 months and on budget. Clearly we did the right thing when we selected RISE.”

James Abbott
President, University of South Dakota

As an organization, we have garnered incredible experience over the last 21 years. This includes 75 projects in 25 states. Combined, these projects represent more than 15 million square feet of space valued at more than $2.5 billion.

Brock Blais, son of RISE President Greg Blais, recently participated in The Press Thornton Future Masters Golf Tournament in Dothan, AL, which has become a special Father's Day Weekend tradition for the Blais family.

Brock finished in a 3-way tie for 8th place, resulting in a final placement of 10th out of 80! Way to go, Brock! :)

Did you know today is #FlagDay? 🇺🇸
"A thoughtful mind, when it sees a nation's flag, sees not the flag only, but the nation itself; and whatever may be its symbols, its insignia, he reads chiefly in the flag the government, the principles, the truths, the history which belongs to the nation that sets it forth." — Henry Ward Beecher
